Real estate is the career path I chose in order to help people. I get to walk with you through some of the happiest, saddest, and most challenging times, or as I like to say 'adventures,' in your life. Sometimes, it's parting with memories and not just a home. Sometimes, there are changes which force to us downsize. Other times, "we just got married and are buying our first home together," or welcoming a new family member leading us to need more room. Then, there are those who are looking to invest outside of work, looking to build investment properties, or even buy a place to start a business. Whatever it may be, it is my job to make sure that you are prepared for this experience and have the right tools to make the process as smooth as possible. It's my job, and love, to make sure your experience is above the rest. After all, this is what I have been practicing my entire life.

Obviously, I have not literally been practicing real estate since I was seven, even if I was preparing myself for the day I became an agent. However growing up around real estate gives you an edge that some never learn. There is an art to negotiation and a confidence that is required to represent a client. However, when picking an agent you want to make sure it is a mutual fit. After all, the agent you chose will be representing your financial investment or more importantly, to some, your home. You want to find an agent that is not only great individually but with the backing of a great brokerage. The brokerage that your agent is a part of is very important and can play a crucial role in the sale of your home.
